2. Privacy and Data Usage

Our Service collects and uses certain data to provide and improve the user experience:

• UserId: We generate a unique ID for each user to provide personalized services, such as remembering your notification preferences.
• UserCity: The city you selected is used to customize the Service content relevant to your area.

3. Location Services and Permissions:

Our Service offers features that make use of your device's location data:

• You may opt-in to allow our Service to access your location to view maps and location-based content on your device.
• When creating an alert within the Service, you have the option to attach your location to the alert. This location data is used to provide context to the alert but is not personally identifiable.

Please note:

• We do not associate your UserId with your location data.
• Alerts created within the Service are anonymous but are linked to your UserId.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

5. User Content

By uploading, posting, or otherwise submitting content to our service, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and licenses to use, distribute, and share such content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the service.

5.1 Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or posting content that:

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringes on the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
• Is false, misleading, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.
• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.
• Is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any other person.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and the consequences of sharing or publishing such content on the service. We do not endorse any content submitted to the service by any user and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with user content.

Logos of all transportation companies are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on our Service for informational and reference purposes only, without any affiliation or endorsement.
